Make the initial connection as follows, leaving user id and password blank.

This what your screen should look like after connecting:

Select the FTP-Upload folder before pressing the Put Files button.

Press the Put Files button, and browse to the file you wish to upload, as in the following example.

Press Open to select the file for upload.

You will then see the next screen:

Press Ok and the file will upload. After upload you should see your file on the FTP Server as in the following illustration:



After you close out of the FTP Server, you will not be able to see your uploaded files on the server.
