MAC USERS PC USERS

FTP Services New!
We are now able to provide our clients with a secured private dedicated FTP folder that has full upload and download privileges. This gives you the ability to manage files and folders on our servers. Let us know and we will configure your password protected FTP folder today.

MAC USERS
We highly recommend Fetch. Download the most current version from http://fetchsoftworks.com. Configure fetch like the picture below, or you can download this script which is pre-configured for our FTP server and simply drag and drop files that you would like to upload. If are using fetch, and you have problems, it may be your firewall, in which case try emailing the files.

PC USERS
If your computer is fairly new, the easiest way is to open the ftp site in Internet Explorer and simply drag and drop your files. If you have a private ftp folder - use the link we emailed you - if not use the FTP upload folder. The link is ftp.synergyprint.com

Windows XP users should simply add a network place with the ftp directory called "ftp://ftp.synergyprint.com/FTP-Upload/" Then simply drag and drop files to upload.

If you are using an older version of Windows, or simply wish to use an FTP client program please refer to the instructions below. We recommend using WS_FTP if you have any problems with your current FTP client and are unable to email the files.
